Our products are digital downloads. Review the product description, included files, page count, size, and software requirements before buying. No physical product will be delivered.
If something goes wrong
If you cannot download your purchase, a file appears damaged, you receive the wrong file, or the product differs from its description, email paperlesspantry@gmail.com with your order email, product name, and a description of the problem.
We will help troubleshoot access and file issues. Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the purchase and issue reported; a refund is not automatically guaranteed.
Where you purchased matters
For Payhip purchases, contact us using the email above. For Etsy purchases, contact Paperless Pantry through the Etsy order so the issue can be handled in that platform’s order system. The applicable platform terms and any rights that apply to your purchase remain in effect.

The pet-sitter kit includes fillable PDFs, not an editable document design. We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you are unsure whether it suits your workflow, ask us before purchasing.
